Jose Granados grew up in El Salvador, a struggling country facing many challenges. Determined to create a better future, he emigrated to the United States in search of new opportunities. Through hard work and resilience, he made a name for himself, but he never forgot the struggles he faced in his home country or the communities that still face significant challenges.

Inspired by his own experiences and driven by a deep desire to help, he founded this organization with a single mission: to assist those who face the same challenges he experienced. He knows firsthand what it means to lack basic services and resources, and he is committed to changing that for others.

Carlos Granados grew up in El Salvador and made the difficult journey to the United States in pursuit of a better life. Along the way, he saw firsthand the struggles of people facing the same barriers he encountered—hardworking individuals whose dreams were limited by social challenges. After years of hard work in construction, Carlos turned his own experiences into a passion for helping others overcome these obstacles. Now, as part of FUINSABI, he is committed to breaking down barriers and empowering individuals to build brighter, more inclusive futures.

David StanfieldMember FUINSABI

David Stanfield grew up in the countryside, where he learned the importance of hard work and perseverance from a young age. After founding a small company and graduating from technical college, he advanced his career to become a Project Manager, where he leads teams and drives projects forward with a focus on creating positive outcomes. Now, David is proud to be part of a nonprofit organization that shares his commitment to empowerment and community development. He is dedicated to using his expertise to help others overcome obstacles, build brighter futures, and make a lasting impact on the lives of those in need.
